We got a suite with a sleeper sofa so we needed pillows for that bed. The only pillows on the two queen beds were small square pillows. Like the size of throw pillows, not standard pillows for sleep. When we asked the front desk attendant for a pillow she was very short & dismissive & told us there were no pillows. Also there was only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. The side doors did not work. There were holes in doors & walls that were poorly patched. We were very unhappy with our stay. Had our stay been refundable we would not have stayed the second night.

Not a good choice
The bathtub has some mold and uneven patches and lots of stains.the toilet doesn't flush very well and backs up what we just flushed. Swimming pool was dirty and unavailable, and the gym equipment was broken too. was mascara stains on my blanket. very disappointed.

Room smelled like pee. Smelled like someone may have peed at entry door A/c unit seemed to spew a pee odor as well when on.

Front desk gave us access to a room that was occupied. We walked into a room with a lady that was sleeping. Can you imagine the shock we experienced?? Thank God the occupant didn’t wake up to us, she would have had a heart attack. The room we eventually ended up in smelled strongly of mold and our sheets were damp. Gross.
住了14天，房间电话一直坏的。门禁卡读卡器故障的问题也一直没修好，前台接待员的态度还非常无礼。
