Room was nice, staff friendly, and hotel is located in a good area. Only negative was that the pool was not available at the time we stayed. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The staff was courteous. The hotel is behind a parking lot from a closed down Apple Bees restaurant with a foot of grass growing in the cracks which appears to belong to the hotel. We were one of two vehicles there when we checked in which was a little scary. There are other hotels nearby that were quite busy. There was a burnt light bulb which was taken care of asap. There was only hot water in the bathroom sink and the plates to the door knobs were hanging off the door. A little glue could have done the trick. It was clean and comfortable but a little weird.

Our tv wasn’t working but the staff replaced with a smaller one. Cigarette burns on shelf and carpet. Damage on desk. Keep in mind this is a non smoking hotel and we don’t smoke. Toilet leaked all night. The staff was very courteous and kind. Food ran out before 8:30.
Cons: each of the two rooms had one damaged fire/CO alarm; key card machine was out of service, so we had to be let in the room by staff, and would have had to depend on staff to let us back in had we left and returned; checked out the "hot breakfast buffet" @ about 6:15-6:30, only hot items were 8 sausage links and 4 fried eggs, along with a waffle station, a toaster for the bread that was supplied, and a microwave.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Asked for another room and my wife saw bugs on the bed... Yuck. She demanded to leave and lose a night.

I think it's the carpets just need a deep clean or something and just outdated could use a few more available condiments

Very friendly and helpful staff, pool was closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was not very good at all, not many options. Room was decent but kind of smelled a little funky and the carpet was soaked next to the air conditioner which was also unpleasant

Staff were very nice and polite. Our tv did not work, but the staff came and quickly checked it out and took care of it.
