I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They automatically placed me in an upgraded room which had been recently renovated. Everything was very nice and comfortable. The staff were all very kind and went out of their way to make sure all needs were met. The pool was heated which made indoor exercise an option which was nice for the time of year I visited. Parking was ample and location was convenient to downtown. Grounds were well maintained and the roses out front were such a pretty greeting upon arrival. I'd definitely recommend! Management is doing a fantastic job in this location.

After a very long drive in from Georgia I checked in to this hotel. Less than one hour after checking in I saw a roach run across the desk. I called the front desk immediately. She asked if I would like to change rooms. I told her that I could not stay in a building with roaches because they would likely be in other rooms as well. I grabbed my belongings and left the hotel immediately. I was told by the owner he would approve a full refund through *******. I contacted *******. They said they would contact the hotel and see if they would be willing to refund the stay. They did not. I ended up going to Hampton Inn. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again
