We checked into our room, the front desk person gave us our keys to “our” room. We get on the elevator and it was gross. We get up to our room and go to unlock the door and the lock in the inside of the door was locked! IT WAS SOMEONES ROOM! I had to apologize to the lady multiple times saying I’m sorry they gave us this room number and key. I went back down to the front desk and told him “you put me in a room that someone is actively staying in I want a refund and I’m going else where” he didn’t even try and make it right OR apologize even. Do not stay here unless your desperate.

This was booked at the last minute and I was so pleasantly surprised with the property and staff. The price I paid for the room was phenomenal. The room could have sold for twice as much money compared to other budget hotels along I 80. The only downfall was their Internet was pretty shaky. The rooms in the property were fantastic.

The staff here is beyond amazing. Including housekeeping. Very clean very comfortable. The food was a smaller selection but was so so good. Literally my only complaint was on ******* I checked to only show me hotels with pools and this one came up and also I called their main line and they're rep told me that there was a pool and however there is not

This property was very old. It was clean but showed its' age. It shared the space with a Days Inn. Both Days Inn & Baymont were in the same building. DI was the first two floors and Baymont was the top two floors. I've never ran across this before. It seemed as if the first two floors were occupied with extended stay persons or day workers. I would not have felt safe staying there by myself. We had a non-refundable 4 nite reservation or we would have immediately canceled our reservation. It was manageable because we just needed a place to sleep.There were a lot of people continually lingering in the lobby,outside the front door, and hotel parking lot. The typical hotel breakfast was fair and kept well-stocked. Both the pool and hot tub were drained. An extra star is given because the 4 different front desk workers that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I would not stay here again
