Everything was beyond what was expected the breakfast bar was quite nice I do say also the staff was pleasant and attentive to. The breakfast bar staff the two ladies who worked on 11/20/2025 a.m. were very nice and I really appreciate their customer service

The shower is a bathtub and not senior friendly, very high step into and bottom is rounded creating balance issues. Towels not very soft. Pet fee very high @ $75. The morning front desk host was very helpful and very pleasant, but we will probably look for a different stay next time.

Nice hotel close to the Atrium music venue. Plenty of parking, easy check in. Booked a king, got 2 queens, which was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Clean room and bed, but the shower/tub was worn and needs to be resealed or replaced due to missing grout, black edges. Overall a quiet stay despite a busy weekend.

A stop for us between Florida and Alabama. We loved the huge room with enough space for the five of us. Breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast area were very friendly. We would stay here again.
