Room was wonderful and clean! Loved the pool and the breakfast was adequate! It is a great value for the price!!!

When we tried to hang up our clothes in the wardrobe the rod kept falling down. We mentioned it to the staff and he said he would pass it along. We tried taking a shower and there was no hot water! When we checked out in the morning and complained, the staff said we should have been told when we checked in; but could not compensate us for no hot water as we had booked on line. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the front desk person, Julie so helpful with a great personality! The cleaning staff also did an excellent job. My only issue was that I stayed here nine months earlier, and the treadmill was broken then. I thought for sure it would be fixed by now, but it still wasn’t.

Our first room we went into the toilet water was running and wouldnt stop, so they gave us a new room, as we were watching TV- a mouse ran across the room floor! We were then moved to new room. The hairdryer plug in was broken so it didnt work. The ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. At check out we asked for a receipt and he said he left it under the door; but there was nothing, so we couldnt even get a receipt. Communication was very difficult with staff, their accents were very heavy

Stayed for a quick overnight and the price was right. Room was clean, hotel itself was quiet, check in was easy, breakfast was good (strawberries and whip with their waffles!!), plenty of channel options. Only downfall was the morning commute traffic was loud-it did get me up and moving though.

I’m perplexed at the 10/10 ratings for this place. Hotel was run down and not pleasing in any way. Our room, specifically was sub-par and cramped. It was small with no real bathroom (a closet with a commode, small shower and a pocket door. We had a large chair in our room which couldn’t be moved and Madi it very difficult to get in bed as well as obstructing the nightstand. 3/10 at best.
