My one of my rooms that i had paid in advanced was booked to someone else. So i asked for my refund and went to reserve somewhere else.

Staff was polite and helpful. The rooms need updating. The tile floor had holes and the carpet had stains. Having the fridge was nice.

Sleep Inns aren't the best, but hotels are SO OVER PRICED in Abilene! This was one of the cheaper ones. 2nd floor stunk like a skunk had just blown up the hall way. The room was decent, but the room is worth about 1/2 of what they charge!

Breakfast was fine: waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, oatmeal, coffee. Room was clean and quiet. Parking convenient and access to ACU and Interstate was quick. Main notes of concern: Hallway rug needs to be replaced and staff needs to not sit in public and complain about one another.

太糟糕了。我们刚到的时候，大堂里每个人都气冲冲的。我当时没怎么在意。我们办理了入住，被告知房间还没准备好。于是我们去吃了晚饭，然后去了WHC牛仔竞技表演。晚上11点回来，进了我们的房间。床没铺，毛巾扔得到处都是。我们又回到大堂，告诉了前台，他们竟然不相信我们。他们去检查了我们的房间，果然房间没打扫。回来后他们跟我们道歉，说今晚房间都卖光了。我们又在那里等了一个小时，他们才最终给我们找了一间房。简直难以置信。我们第二天就退房去了别的地方。前台服务员穿着便服，没有佩戴名牌。非常不专业。我以后再也不会住任何一家Sleep Inn了！！
没有Wi-Fi，没有电视，即使外面气温只有30度，游泳池也禁止使用，因为酒店已经宣布游泳季结束。我们只在那里住了一晚。
