Stayed at Super 8 in Missoula the night before. It was very good in all areas. By comparison, this one in Gillette was a dump. Dirty, run down, lots of things didn’t work, check in staff was mediocre, breakfast choices were minimal and didn’t even have any milk for the dry cereal that was available and staff attitude was oh well.
第一次入住时，房间电视没有遥控器，而且家具又旧又脏，我只能把行李放在电视旁边的梳妆台和床头柜上。几天后，在我回程航班的第二天晚上11点再次入住时，他们给了我一把房间钥匙，结果我开门进去后，房间里竟然有一个男人，他当时的样子像是要杀了我。之后他们给我换了一个房间，这个房间虽然有电视，但只有三个频道，遥控器也和电视不匹配。家具依然脏得让人恶心，我只好像第一次入住时一样把东西都放在别处。说句好话，酒店离机场很近，床也挺舒服的。但我是绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
缺少太多的维护。进入房间的侧门坏了。他们放了一块石头才能进入。房间锁坏了，我们等了大约1个小时他们才打开房间。我们不得不开着门睡觉，因为门打不开，所以也关不上。地毯闻起来像狗尿。椅子太脏而且有污渍。我们洗了衣服，但烘干机坏了。我们要求与经理交谈，他们只告诉我们她的名字叫詹妮弗，她会联系我们，但她从未联系过。早餐只吃了一半，因为他们告诉我们补给品还没有到。
我真的很喜欢它，因为它提供的价格低廉，只有电视损坏了，早餐还不错，鸡蛋不见了......
