Everything about the hotel was great except for cleaning the room. The scheduled service demanded clean once every other day but the days I stayed the room was made only a handful of times.

Several things in the room broken and missing. Outlets next to the bed broken and not usable, closet door/mirror completely gone and the bathroom was not well stocked. We had to go find someone for towels and toilet paper. Also, the price when we booked the room, was not what I was charged at check in. Not much we could do about it at 11:00 at night after driving 7 hours to get there.

For one, staff was EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT. The rating is completely indicative of the hotel itself and things the staff could not change. Jansen was great.
The first error we noticed in our hotel was the fridge being completely down. I called to the front and Jansen put in an order for a new fridge to be placed within the next day (which was resolved) and offered to keep our leftovers in the front. Besides this, the sink was clogged in our hotel and took a minute to drain. There was no specific vent switch for the bathroom, so everytime one of us used it, the bathroom smelt like *it* for a while before eventually venting out on its own. The smell of urine was very strong in the room after using the bathroom and wouldn't dissipate for hours. Lastly, it was clear the carpet hadn't received proper TLC. I am usually a shoe/sock wearer after the shower, but I got out one night and walked around on the floor and my feet were black. Water pressure was not great.
Staff was AMAZING though, I cannot emphasize more. We forgot to pack some things and they were accomodating with toothbrushes, toothpaste, scissors, and an ice bucket because our hotel didn't have one.

The staff was very friendly and competent at check in and the room was ready even though it was just a few minutes after 3. The room was clean and everything worked including the wide variety of outlets and USB ports. The AC was quiet and responded when we adjusted it. The beds were comfortable and the hallway was quiet all night. In the morning the tasty breakfast was ready and the coffee was hot. Checkout was smooth. After traveling for about an hour my daughter noticed she forgot her cell phone in the room. We contacted the hotel and it was already at the front desk and they had called me but the call didn't go through because it was an unknown number. The phone with wallet case was returned with everything there. Thanks a lot for helping her out. There is some construction near that made it a little challenging getting on and off the freeway but plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby. Very much worth the price we will look for it again.

房间整洁、服务挺好,美式餐饮,只是离市区远了一些。周围有商业设施。但和美国其它地方一样,最好租车,不过Uber也方便的,但价格较租车贵。
第一晚还好,但第二晚半夜停电了,房间太热了,我们睡不着,而且我正在用笔记本电脑做一个项目,但因为太热而天黑了,我精疲力竭,所以没能完成。
酒店很安静,完全符合汉普顿酒店的标准。
可惜的是,咖啡大多时候都是温的——即使是在早餐时间。
由于没有人愿意换房间,所以不得不在有异味的房间里住了 3 个晚上。
