The property is clean. The staff is nice and professional. The only problem was that the sink faucet was leaking, and the plumbing was held together with duct tape. I informed the staff, and they checked it out, saying it was a temporary fix. RM 307

Staff were kind and helpful, welcoming. The room and facility clean and no problems, as was the breakfast. However, one evening I returned and the elevator lights were out. That meant I either had to ride in a malfunctioning pitch black elevator or walk with bags to end of hotel and use the stairways thus was horrible for my fears of elevators and more so my injured knee. On morning of departure, I needed a luggage cart, but they hadn’t been returned from previous night. This is not acceptable.

房间整洁、服务挺好,美式餐饮,只是离市区远了一些。周围有商业设施。但和美国其它地方一样,最好租车,不过Uber也方便的,但价格较租车贵。
外面很热,房间里却没有降温。我通知了工作人员,因为墙上的温控器缺少线路,无法判断温度。我们把温度调低到67华氏度(约20摄氏度),但房间仍然没有降温。墙边风扇那边的区域把地毯都浸湿了。我走到那边的时候,鞋子也湿透了。工作人员收到了这个问题的通知,她说会联系维修人员。但外面这么热,这次入住体验实在不愉快!
第一晚还好,但第二晚半夜停电了,房间太热了,我们睡不着,而且我正在用笔记本电脑做一个项目,但因为太热而天黑了,我精疲力竭,所以没能完成。
酒店很安静,完全符合汉普顿酒店的标准。
可惜的是,咖啡大多时候都是温的——即使是在早餐时间。
由于没有人愿意换房间,所以不得不在有异味的房间里住了 3 个晚上。
