Room needs update. Had an issue with the TV remote. After help from desk person, it was better, but still tough to use. I think it needs new batteries!!

My room was right by the front desk and some sort of staff only room was across the hall. Every morning I was there I was constantly awakened and reawakened starting around 5:00 am by repeated thumps and bangs, door slamming and loud voices and other similar disturbances.

When checking in the lady said that they would be replacing the carpet. Yes it needs replaced but could use a steam cleaning while waiting to be replaced. The top bedspread needs replaced. It was heavily stained. Lots of noise from the highway.

The breakfast was ok. The problem is that the carpets are really dirty. They need to be replaced.

虽然这里应该是无烟区，但闻起来却有烟味。他们说不能养宠物，但我看到窗户里有一只猫，他们在正门外喂流浪猫。
唯一不好的是有一股奇怪的气味（不是很糟糕）。虽然全程禁止吸烟，但走廊和门口还是有味道。
这个地方很好，但是还有更好的选择，我们只是选择它，因为汉普顿酒店没有更多房间，而那是最近的一间
