The room was fine, the breakfast was fine. The HVAC unit was so noisy that it woke me up every time it kicked on through the night.

When we checked in and got to our room I noticed it was a two double bed room instead of the queen room I paid for. I went back to the desk and the receptionist kept saying she couldn't do anything because all they had were double rooms. We then get a call while coming back to the hotel and said they tried to reach us and stop by the desk but didn't tell me why. When we got there, she apologized and said that she has checked us in wrong because of two guests with the same last name. We moved to the queen room and thanked her. However, more problems came once in the room. Our door did not seem secure, there was a very large gap at the bottom of the door where lots of light was coming in and the door could easily be pushed when closed. The TV would never get off the join WiFi screen saying it was trying to join. You could hear the show on the television but only saw an Internet error page overlaying it. The air conditioner....one it seemed to never come on. We had it set to 65° and we were constantly sweating and having to sleep outside the covers. Two, when it did come on, it sounded like a tornado and siren was coming through and woke us up and only stayed on for a few minutes before it was off again for over an hour. The cheaply attached to the wall headboard squeaked all night like it was trying to come off the wall and kept me awake for the majority of the night. I truly never write a negative review about a hotel because there is usually more good than bad but not here.

The staff was nice and very sweet, gave me a call to see if everything was okay in my room. The downside was that the gym was being renovated but that’s okay !! I really enjoyed my stay here.

Good, cheap, fast pick two
Hotel does not rate above 7, pleasant staff, breakfast was hot, probably the worst lobby coffee ever. room was clean, window was very obscured on one side.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked. The property was clean and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The property is older but neat.
The carpets in the room are disgusting and musty. This is why I marked a 4. Overall the property is good value for the price

Overall the entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
The room clean and bed comfortable.
The only issue that we had was that the arm rests on the desk chair were broken.
Will definitely try to stay there again on future trips.
