The check in person was very pleasant and my room was clean. But the area around the hotel feels unsafe and the hotel employee mentioned there are a lot of homeless in the area (which I certainly do see). I’m
praying my car doesn’t get stolen. I’m a solo traveler and safety is very important to me. Hotels in the area have gates surrounding their properties but unfortunately this hotel does not. I expected more given the Wyndham brand.

Unpleasant check in experience. Was told he hoped no one came to check in for 12 more minutes because he was busy? Toilet ran non stop in room. Sink was broken and stopper covered in mold. Left for the afternoon and came back to the room flooded from the ac unit. Clerk seemed annoyed i wanted a new room and didn't want to clean up the flood myself. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal. Won't be back

The staff was friendly but only after you approached them. The property was convenient to the expressway. But not a very good neighborhood.

我们的一张床坏了，非常不舒服。浴室里有些霉菌。华夫饼太棒了！我们入住时，夜班服务员不太热情。
工作人员友好、礼貌且乐于助人。房间干净，浴室也很干净，有干净的毛巾、洗发水和沐浴露。欧陆式早餐很棒。性价比超高
房间不错，早餐很棒，早上的经理很热情，乐于助人，不像晚上的经理。后面停车有点不方便
一切都很完美，我们决定再住一晚，所有手续都顺利完成。我每次去阿卡塔肯定都会住在这里
