The carpet was so dirty. No elevator! We had a room on the second floor and toward the end of hallway.

Place was dirty, hair in bathroom and on bed spreads. No shampoo, ice maker was broken. The door stuck had to rip it open. They need to do some maintenance and quit standing outside smoking cigarettes!
