Rooms had nice, comfortable beds and well appointed furnishings. Everything was nice and clean. No fifth star because the breakfast was lacking, nothing was in it's proper place and no coffee towards the late morning.This will be a consideration for my next Cheyenne booking.

The rooms are clean but could use a face lift as there is tons of paint missing & the rooms look run-down. I have stayed at this place several times, & each time I have had to get my room key re-programmed several times during the stay. The breakfaat is also very limited & is not the best, unless you like drinking frozen OJ.

It is a very dated hotel. Our room had a very strange smell to it. We had to keep the window open to air it out, which then made the near by trains really loud. We made it work, but probably wont stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. My son swam in the pool for almost 3 hours. It's nice they have a baby pool section (1 ft deep). I'm sad we didn't get to try the breakfast. But will have to next time we stay!

We had a good experience, nice rooms, great pool/spa area, good breakfast, professional & courteous staff. Only negative issue was the bed was very low. With my faulty knees, it was difficult to get out of bed. They need to add a box spring or a taller base. The shower was a handicapped set up and got water everywhere with no base enclosure which made the floor slippery and again with my stability concern with my knees, it was a possible safety issue. But other than that, it was a satisfactory stay. Thank you.

the staff was great, especially the manager that checked me in. the hotel itself is atrocious, honestly embarrassing to be open to the public and represent cheyenne in any way. the hallways were musty and reek. the rooms were mediocre and not very clean. the tv didn’t work what so ever. i wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.
