We stayed in this hotel one month ago for an event in Casper and our stay was fine. This time it was like a totally different hotel. When we walked into our room it was probably 60⁰ with the A/C on high. This is in Wyoming mid-november. Taking showers was impossible because there was no hot water at all. And our toilet wouldn't flush, so we had to hold it and wait until we got to a coffee shop the next day. When we went down for breakfast and checked out the next morning, the attendant was behind the counter, playing a game on her phone. I saw the game; I am not assuming. Not once during breakfast did she get up and check anything or anyone. From the moment we came down for breakfast to the moment we checked out to the moment we walked out the door, she was sitting behind the desk, playing a game on her phone. If you were not standing directly at the counter, you could not even see anyone was there. We will not be staying here again.

Room was clean and they had a great breakfast and in the evenings they have cheese and crackers and popcorn! Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

I was so impressed with the cleanliness. There was not any chipped paint or dirty tiles or rugs in the corners . It was really noticeable and I loved it. Nice touch of popcorn and cheese and crackers in the evening. The lobby was pleasing also… nice comfortable furniture . I believe I’ve found my stay in Casper !!

我们从拉皮德城（南达科他州）前往盐湖城（犹他州）的途中，在西卡斯珀速8酒店住了一晚。酒店房间的整洁度和基本设施都高于平均水平。我们在线预订了一间无烟大床房。不知何故，前台给我们安排了一间带老年人设施的房间。这虽然出乎意料，但房间看起来好像有一段时间没人住过了。
挺好的，标准酒店。没什么特别惊艳的。
可惜的是，与其他速8酒店不同，这家酒店的房间相当破旧肮脏。早餐的咖啡味道淡得透光。我在那里感觉很不舒服。
