It would have been better if they would put on the website that the elevators were not working. Also if they could offer something gluten free for breakfast. Lastly if you ask for a wake up call. It would be really great if you got one.

The hotel was in poor shape to say the least. The area around it was overgrown and hasn't been kept up, the elevator was broken, the carpet in the hallways was stained and out comforter had an old blood stain on it. We will not be back.

Eggs were watery, potatoes undercooked. Not to much to choose from. The AC was leaking and there was a puddle of water in the carpet. Elevators were not working. Beds were comfortable and room was clean

This property was a major disappointment. When we arrived, we were notified that the elevator was not working and had been out for a “few weeks”. Curiously, the elevator was not working last November either. The advertised ice machine on the first floor was not there. When I asked was told that there was one on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Air conditioner was mediocre. Rooms were humid. The outside doors did not close and had no locks for security. The carpet in the stairwell was filthy. The continental breakfast was fair. The potatoes tasted old and seemed like they had been reheated several times. Overall a very poor experience, with zero effort by the staff at engaging with their customers to see how things were. Never again at this Comfort Inn on University Drive in College Station, Texas.

Had to carry all of our stuff up stairs because elevators were out of order. Should have been discounted just for that.

I stay in the king suite for 2nights...the room had smell of wetness and cleaning products..I had go buy room spray, it got better, other than that the bed was comfortable and A/C worked...shower had pressure was weak but it got hot.
Day shift front desk clerk wad welcoming and accommodating to my request to be on 3rd floor and also informed me that elevators were not working AT ALL!
Last day I went to eat breakfast which had hot food ( eggs, sausages , make your own waffles) but as i sat down to eat I observed DEAD roaches on floor in varies areas ...I couldn't eat the food 😕
I give my stay 7 out of 10 but will not stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious with friendly staff. However, the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. In the middle of the night i tried going to couch for more comfort...couch was also hard and uncomfortable. I woke up feeling like i slept on the floor.
