酒店回复: Good day Xiomara, we would like to apologize for the experience at our property and will ensure these are addressed with the rest of the staff as well. We will also address these issues so there is a better understanding with some of these inconveniences. Booking reservations through a third-party such as ********** is a great and viable option, however, modifying reservations would be the responsible of said third-party engines as we aren't allowed to do so. Our keys to access the rooms are magnetic keys so if placed beside another magnetic device such as a cell phone, laptop etc, those devices will demagnetize the keys rendering them unusable. Our property rarely has occasions of blockage with the toilets with the exception of there being too much toilet paper or other items being flushed in them. They do not simply just overflow on its own. All rooms prior to arrival are fixed with 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and hand towels, as well as one bath mat. Upon arrival if there is a need for more it can be requested at the front desk where we will surely provide them if they are available. If not, there would be the event of getting more washed, dried and folded so we can provide you with fresh towels. The vending machine does charge per swipe when using a card to purchase snacks, however, if nothing is dispensed that amount is refunded in an instant to avoid overcharging. We apologize for the blow dryer rack being loose and we appreciate you for making us aware so we could replace it in a timely manner. Rollaway beds are an option to add for your stay but only if they are available. On this occasion both of our beds were already rented by other guests thus making them unavailable for use. Due to our establishment having our rooms serviced bi-weekly for bugs and insects as well as detailed sessions for the fight against bed bugs, we have not had any instance of bed bugs. We would've like for you to come to us with these issues before you checked out so we could have made it right. It will be different next time. Thank you for your review.

酒店回复: Good day Dawn, we appreciate your positive review of our property. As for the pool, we would most definitely be open to have our pool open before 9am. However, this is just the operating hours of our pool and legally we cant operate outside of those hours. Thank you for understanding.
酒店回复: Good day! We would like to address this so there is a better understanding of this situation. Visitors are more than welcomed at anytime of the day, however, if guests are sneaking in individuals to stay with them without paying, that is where the issue lies. Our hotel is responsible for each guest who stays with us, therefore , if something happens to this unregistered guest at our property we would be liable for them. To combat that prefer to have all guests registered, if a payment isn't taken where applicable, then we would deduct it from the deposit. Whereas breakfast is concerned, it was removed from our amenities some time ago. We hope you understand a bit more now. Thanks again for staying with us!
