On the positive side this is in a good location 15 minutes or less from everything you want to visit in Nashville. The room was clean. The negative the door to the room would not open and had to be played with to get to open. The staff did not appear to care.

The door issue happens sometimes in cold weather, but good thing if notified -our front desk is trained to show you the correct way to open the door during the time the locks freeze due to the weather. Excellent location, clean and a great time. The housekeeping could listen a little to the “no, not today” before unlocking the door and going in while I was on the toilet, but the commitment is appreciated!

We were very pleased with the room and amenities. It was the late night activities right outside our room that went on into the morning.

I didnt drive. It was very noisy. Late flight so tried to sleep due to having a 5 am flight and the noise outside on the balcony was so loud i couldnt sleep. Everything smelled of ****. Not comfortable but the guy at the front desk was very pleasant.

Enjoyed every second of my stay here especially for the price you can’t beat it! Hotel staff was nice and efficient with getting me checked in. The room was absolutely beautiful and most importantly comfortable my favorite part of the room was the mirror over the sink with light settings. The breakfast was good a nice variety for everybody they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausages, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt they had coffee, orange juice and apple juice the second day they had biscuits and gravy as a main course excluding the sausage and eggs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay especially for the price! It can get noisy the hotel is close to an airport and a Main Street other than that 10/10!!

We found roaches in the room, had to sleep in our vehicles the first night because there were no other hotels that had available rooms, and it was 2AM. CJ the manager would not give a refund even though we left and stayed somewhere else.

They started that they recently renovated. #128 was overlooked.room smelled horrible.there was red & fresh blood smeared on door jamb to bathroom & toilet handle & tank.feces on back of the toilet tank & top.tub would not drain.we arrived after 1am & we were dead tired & wanted to sleep. thankfully beds were clean.but no it was not a great stay.it was not very clean. breakfast was okay. we made our own waffles.I mentioned the issue to the lady at the counter in the morning. the gentleman that checked us in seemed preoccupied.

Unfortunately, after expecting rooms we found red hair dye from previous guest - but our housekeepers clean every room right after check out. All hair dye was cleaned. Also we found ladies wipes stuffed in toilet. This can cause flush issues to toilet. We thank you so much for choosing Baymont.

I liked the convenience of an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the offerings for breakfast were hard bagels, bread, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. No jam or peanut butter to put on your bread and no juice.
