Checked into a room which wasn’t ready. We walked in and it had not been cleaned. Was not advised about breakfast times, where restaurant was or how to access WiFi. Ordered breakfast in the room for 10.30 and went to reception to ask where it was at 10.55 and it had just left the kitchen.

Lovely staff - especially in the restaurant and the spa. Spacious comfortable room and the spa facilities were good. The hotel has a nice friendly feel about it and the food is excellent and value for money. Will stay again soon.

Our stay was good,but the cleanliness of the property was at best shabby. Our room was a good size but carpets and the bath were filthy. Tables in the restaraunt were not properly cleaned. Glasses were not cleaned properly,i sat at a newly set table where the glass i had still had lipstick on it. And i would like to thank housekeeping for coming in and half making the bed, stealing our original pillows and replacing them and not replenishing tea,coffe and biscuits. Only one towel for two people.My partner had been before and not encountered any of this. Up your game in the cleanliness department.
因为参加附近朋友的婚礼，在这里住了两晚，整体入住体验非常愉快。酒店位于一个相当乡村的地区，离曼彻斯特机场不算太远。酒店设施非常好，我们还在酒店吃了晚餐和早餐。所有的食物都达到了很高的水准，品质极佳。总的来说，这次住宿很棒，我很乐意再次回来。
这是我们第二次入住这家酒店了，主要原因就是它地理位置优越，而且早餐很棒。酒店离机场非常近，晚上也很安静，周围都是农田和草地。
我们很喜欢这里的早餐，因为它不是那种普通的自助餐。你可以从菜单上选择，菜品种类很多，味道都很好。餐厅的装修也很漂亮，而且份量绝对让你满意。餐厅的工作人员都非常热情、友好，乐于助人。
有一点需要提一下的是，接待区经常有很多客人，这只是我的一个观察，不好不坏。前台接待员总是尽力而为，都非常友善和专业。不过，房间的设计确实有点过时了。
很喜欢泳池和水疗中心。在这儿住了一晚很棒。食物也很好吃。

达不到通常的标准。这是我们第四次入住这里，也是迄今为止最糟糕的一次。预订了一间可住两个大人和两个孩子的家庭房。深夜抵达，发现房间里没有地方给孩子们睡觉！沙发床还没整理好。花了半个小时才整理好，那时孩子们已经筋疲力尽了。然后发现房间里的空调坏了，所以睡得像在桑拿房里一样。第二天不得不换房间，结果又发现房间不适合家庭入住。四个人只给了两条毛巾，而不是像往常一样在房间里给孩子们准备的零食。整个入住期间，酒店人手非常短缺，只有一个人一直守在前台，忙着整理客房和接电话。感觉比起去年上次入住，这里的情况每况愈下。
