Very clean grounds. 24/7 gate security. 3 bedroom 2 story penthouse was VERY clean & packed with amenities & light housekeeping daily. Office staff is extremely attentive, hospitable & helpful with any/all arrangements. We had an amazing time.

Amazing condo resort with huge bedrooms and charming Spanish style. Beautiful ocean views from the Penthouse with tropical garden below and 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Walk to the beach or San Jose town in just 15 minutes. Your own BBQ and private jacuzzi rooftop. Relaxing and serene highly recommended.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I have emailed you a quote online with ******* where you can see that the Resort Fee is listed in the paments a client needs to do but it is at your Confirmation sent by ******* that points out that you need to pay it at the Hotel. 糟糕的经历
我们的经历非常糟糕，我们住在六楼的顶层公寓……前两天电梯不能用；他们没有打扫房间，直到我要求的第二天，他们没有留下洗发水、肥皂、护发素等，我们永远无法打开电视……他们同意派一个人来展示，因为那里很容易 10控制装置什么也没有，非常漂亮的景色，但缺乏关注，顺便说一句，我不得不上电梯，因为他们修好了电梯，因为门被修补了。
地理位置优越。海景和鲸鱼跳跃的景色美极了。公寓现代舒适，设备齐全。开车一小段路程即可轻松抵达市中心，那里有许多餐厅可供选择。
很棒的地方，位置优越，可以俯瞰城镇和大海。步行即可轻松抵达市中心以及所有餐厅和商店。强烈推荐。
