Wonderful staff top to bottom! Really enjoyed the pool and pool service, attentiveness from reception, quality of service and food at the restaurant, and the friendliness of the room services. We even enjoyed playing billiards in the rec room! Definitely want to come back.

The client experience was amazing, we were tired and it had been a stressful day but we immediately felt at home upon our arrival, it felt like we had walked into an oasis, so tastefully designed and decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful, Cristina at front desk was lovely. The restaurant was equally as welcoming and despite being very quiet the food was excellent.

Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but others might love that. Parking was a little hard to locate because it’s behind the hotel and you have to get on the other street Our only complaint was that we could smell sewer periodically over the 20 hours we stayed and maybe that’s just typical of San Jose Del Cabo. Outside of that, the hotel was A plus.

Loved everything about this stay. We even took a free cooking class to make guacamole at their restaurant. The grounds were very clean and everyone was very friendly.

我和朋友住在这家酒店。有一天我们点了三种不同的墨西哥卷饼，都难吃又贵，我是说真的很难吃。六月、七月、八月、九月要避开这家酒店，因为泳池水温就像按摩浴缸一样热，每次下水都感觉要晕倒了。而且酒店有点小气，房间里不放冰箱。浴室也很小。不过空调倒是很好用，员工也很有礼貌。我不会再住这里了，为了冰镇啤酒还得去买个保温箱，太不方便了。在我看来，这家酒店根本达不到希尔顿的标准。
淋浴房没有遮挡，排风扇声音太响，服务质量太差，遇到问题不是解决问题，而是推卸责任，导致更大的问题
