This Hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They welcomed us at the lobby with lemonade as we were checking in. The food was delicious the drinks were great. I loved everything about this Hotel this is the 1st time I give an excellent review to a Hotel. The malecon is nearby walking distance we walked there every night it was so lovely. I highly recommend it.

Room was great and clean, no issues with plumbing for once. Staff was all very courteous and the food was good also. Buffet wasn't amazing but it was edible, the beach restaurant was great so mostly ate there. Location was great also - easy access to other bars and restaurants. The pool is not huge but it was never overly busy and there was always room on the beach with chairs available.

Buena Ventura Grand is a beautiful and fun resort — the grounds are gorgeous, the staff is friendly, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. However, the one downside was the membership presentation they convinced us to attend in order to receive discounted spa services. We were told it would be a quick 90-minute meeting, but it ended up taking over 3 hours, and the sales team was pushy. They didn’t take our first few “no’s” for an answer and kept trying to convince us to sign up and spend a lot of money. It definitely took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. If you stay here, the resort itself is great — just be cautious about agreeing to the presentation.

环境很好，酒店旁边就是海滩，离老城区也很近非常方便逛。酒店的吃食也很不错，每天都有不一样的食物，还有表演。唯一遗憾的就是没能够预定到需要预定的餐厅。
酒店环境优美，服务体贴入微，适合家庭休假。
我们选择全包服务，早餐不错，午餐晚餐非常一般般，可能个人对食物要求高，牛肉做的柴，海鲜基本没有像样的食物可以选择，调和酒就是桶装浓缩果汁配酒，非常难以入口。如果想要品尝美食或者对美食期待高，建议选择含早餐，不含全部的。
沙滩沙子不是细沙，这个区域都这样，无可厚非。
酒店还不错。食物质量普遍较好，选择也很多样。房间有点小，如果想住安静一点的区域，就得花高价，否则你就会被安排到电梯旁或临街的噪音房。
除了David之外，前台的工作人员都非常不热情，也帮不上什么忙。总的来说，除了餐厅员工，其他服务都评价很低。
我不会再来了，努埃沃瓦利亚塔还有很多更好的选择。
这家酒店很适合休闲度假，因为酒店不大，食物和服务都非常棒。如果非要说有什么可以改进的地方，那就是自助餐的种类可以再多一些，除此之外我们都非常满意，非常感谢！

蜜月套房虽小但很漂亮而且非常干净。我们喜欢酒店的位置。可以轻松步行到马雷贡和浪漫区（我们乘坐 7 美元的出租车返回酒店）。几个街区之外有 Pepe’s tacos 🌮 和 Win ******。我们每天都吃 tacos 并在 ****** 赢了！！酒店的海滩非常多岩石，我们在游泳池里度过了很多时间。食物一般，特色餐饮简直是笑话......根本不存在！预订很困难，我们只能进入一家餐厅。💯令人失望的食物充其量只是平庸之作，而且晚餐要吃两个小时！！不好！！空中休息室很适合看日落和喝鸡尾酒。工作人员很友好。我们会再次入住这家酒店，因为位置好，而且很干净。
