The rooms are surprisingly nice compared to the outside conditions. It is overpriced but is the only motel in Kemptville so leaves little choice. I was not pleased with having to pay a $300 security deposit.

We were somewhat disappointed in the exterior condition of the facility. The roof almost appeared ready to cave in. There were a number of people just hanging around the entrance which made us nervous. Once we were inside I felt a little more comfortable, but I was worried about my vehicleall night.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The cost was reasonable. The place was clean. And the staff was very nice. It is a basic, nice place to stay and sometimes that is all you need. Anything we asked of the staff was done quickly and they were very pleasant. The free breakfast is limited but if you are hungry in the morning or need coffee...there it is. Over all very pleased with our three night stay.

This is a very nice little hotel that is very well kept. If you’re looking for something that’s pet friendly it’s ideal as you have access to the outside Of the room, most of the rooms. Was very well kept and clean and breakfast was quite nice very good value for the money

The bathroom was very clean but cracked sink that had been repaired. Bed was clean and comfortable. Place was dated but worked for us!

Our room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. Most most important to us. We had a fridge which was a nice option. Coffee was in the room but the hotel had a nice breakfast including boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, breads, muffins, juice and a nice coffee machine that offers a variety of hot beverages. Would stay here again without hesitation
