We apologize the restaurant wasn’t open on one of the nights you were with us, but hope you did enjoy the first night you were here.We have a wonderful spa on property, however it is by appointment only and we’re sorry you were not able to experience it.Since 2020 our policy has been not to have housekeeping enter every day, but the service is available upon request.I hope you were able to enjoy your hike in the Highlands. Our FD team were aware of your day trip, and reported that you returned safely.I hope you will return again one day, when our season is fully opened so you can experience the many more amenities and adventures our resort and Island have to offer

我们买了因弗雷里旅馆新年夜狂欢的门票，完全是浪费时间和金钱。这些票不便宜，而且工作人员也不太方便买票。我们从11月底就开始想买这个活动的门票了，在活动开始前四天，也就是12月28日，我们打了好几次电话给前台的不同工作人员，才终于拿到了票。工作人员无论是在电话里还是在现场，都非常不友好。我们甚至在餐厅里也受到了粗鲁的对待。活动本身包含一顿三道菜的晚餐，几乎没法吃。一份冰冷的“神秘牛腩”配上4小块土豆和罐装胡萝卜，根本不值我们参加他们“狂欢”的钱。娱乐活动也很缺乏。这根本算不上跨年派对，而是一场演唱会。乐队除了几首翻唱歌曲外，演唱了他们自己的歌曲，差点让观众在新年之前就睡着了。我强烈建议你把时间和金钱花在其他地方，尤其是在近期有特殊活动的情况下。有一次，我们试图整理门票细节，前台却告诉我们，我们买票的方式不对，不符合他们想要的购票方式，所以他们“这次就放过我们吧”。不用了，我们不会再来了。
我真的很喜欢这个地方，但如果没有预订就无法进入餐厅。
