Staff originally placed us in the wrong room, keys didnt work once the room issue was corrected. We extended our stay and they misplaced our reservation and tried to check us out. Offered no deals or compensation to make up for the many mistakes.

You need to change your Mattresses they are old, carpet in the hole is very old as well.

When I checked in the door cards were not activated. We tried them every which way on the door from parking lot then our room door wouldn’t turn green to open. My husband ran down to front desk to get them activated. That was a little annoying as our room wasn’t close to the front desk.
Room was nice but when I went to use the hairdryer there was no plug socket in bathroom. Closet socket was in the coffee bar area and I had to unplug everything to get the large hairdryer plug into the one and only socket in that area. I needed the mirror so the lay out to use hairdryer while looking in a mirror you need to unplug everything at the coffee bar. Both sides of bed could use a nightstand.

Good value for money. However it is full of crack ******* and my room had the vending machine just outside so you'd hear them at all hours. Staff were courteous enough. And none of the street people living there were rude or threatening in any way. But it's definitely a budget option.
