The staff are hard workers and if anything is brought to their attention, all is rectified. We stayed in a suite and everything is in good condition. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Breakfast isn't included, but Denny's is attached and open 24/7. We have stayed here a number of times and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room was very worn out. The furniture had obvious signs of age and wear. The carpets are old and in need of replacement. The staff were great.

The policy or whatever it might be that you need a credit card to check-in is outdated and needs to be changed. Credit cards are a trap from banks and not many people use them anymore now that Visa Debit is now a thing. I brought my mothers credit card to use for the security deposit but I had to have them sign a form first before being given a room. She was not available so I had to contact my father to get his credit card information and have him send his email to then have him sign a form. If they were not available to sign this form then I would have no been given a room. You cannot expect everyone to have a credit card. You will lose business if this does not change. The room was fine and the front desk clerk was also fine. It is the Sandman credit card policy that needs to be updated. I will not be staying their again as I do not have a credit card and will never have a credit card. They are a trap for young people to get who do not know better and end up being in credit debt. I hope this gets through to the right people and an update is made. Thank you for your time.

There were 6 of us, 3 adults, 3 children. We had a 2 bedroom which exceeded our expectations of what we were getting. It accomodated all of us very well.

对于老年人来说,这里需要一部电梯。网上并没有说这里没有电梯。办理入住手续非常慢。216房间的窗帘很脏。没有洗碗布和厨房毛巾。窗边角落的椅子扶手很脏。除此之外,房间还算干净。房间里的旧家具磨损严重。
这家酒店允许携带狗狗入住,这对我来说非常方便。房间很干净也很舒适。
