The building appears to be only a few years old but the overall aesthetic is pretty poor for a building of this age. The mouldings and baseboards in the hallways look like they're 60 years old. My room was mostly clean and well appointed. However, once again the aesthetic was lacking, especially in the kitchenette. The one cupboard door looked like someone exposed the door to hot steam, and was very badly discoloured. Also the granite counters are a nice touch, but there was so many massive white stains everywhere, it made me seriously doubt it's actual cleanliness. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet was cramped between the vanity and tub as if it was an afterthought during construction. Outside, there was a pretty constant nuisance of unhoused individuals asking for spare change, or bugging other guests for spare cigarettes or change. Other than that, it was great!

The room wasn’t vacuumed very well, around the bed it was still dirty. Staff was great to help when we couldn’t work the tv. Not enough handicap parking spaces. I had to walk across a very icy and slippery parking lot. There was no breakfast!

The one day out of the four nights we were there we indicated with the sign hanging on the door (by 7:10 am) that we wanted our room serviced. We arrived back at the hotel after 7 pm and it wasn't done.
They permitted us to change rooms but the new room (while it had a better bed) didn't have a remote for the tv in the bedroom, there was not door on the closet in the bedroom... it was just not great anyway you look at it!
