Needs more umbrella for shade at pools, pools need more cleaning then just scooping leaves out. More staff is needed around busy areas for cleaning during the day. Should have hotel shuttle to Coco Beach daily, and more change on had to help break larger bills we come with to we can tip more often.

The room was clean and cleaned everyday, the staff was great, beautiful resort, the food was great. Had a wonderful time there. It is a very quiet resort.

Food was excellent! Every night was a different theme meal and the elacard were fantastic!! Highly recommended this for the food alone!
