They placed my family on the top floor and they had construction going on the roof. They started working very early in the morning waking up everyone. When we mentioned our frustration to the staff. The morning shift could care less and acted like she didn’t want to even be there. I was very disappointed in this property and will not be back again.

When we pulled up, there was construction going on. They said it had delivered yesterday so we canceled our stay did not look very clean at all.

The place was decent, although there were small bits of trash outside. It had a nice pool and decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner. The price was really good.

The cost of the suite per night was great, Our Suite was very roomie and clean however the living area lacked a table (coffee Type). nothing to set out drinks, snacks, etc, on. I requested one but it was never received. other than that the Hotel was a 10

The beds were comfortable but when we returned home I found a bed bug on my childs stuffed animal she brought.

Smelly and dirty
As soon as we got to the room we knew we had made a mistake, the entire fourth floor stinks like an old cigerrette
and is not fit for a health-conscious family. We left and we still charged for the night!

Staff was nice & friendly - hotel was close to event I was attending & rooms were nice & clean
