Nice little room in payson for an over night fishing trip. We did use the pool, the jacuzzi seemed to have a lot of chemical in it but we still swam.

Front desk was efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. It was set back off of the main road which reduced traffic noise. Some dining was within walking distance.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was very small and cramped. We have stayed at a lot of Best Western properties over the years and this one had the most limited breakfast of any of them. One night a bunch of people were in the parking lot until after midnight drinking and loud. It was not a good value for the price.

It started off bad.
The first room had bugs and stained sheets.
The front desk swapped me for a much better room-bug and stain free!
It ended very well!
