Appeared that repairs/renovations may have been happening. Lobby appeared run down, scaffolding outside for exterior work which you had to walk through to get to the pool/beach. Rooms were clean and spacious.

My door (# 815) was very sticky and difficult to open. So was the door right next to us -- they had to slam theirs as well, to get it to close.
Windows painted shut.
Whoever did the interior paint job was also rather sloppy in general.
I understand there is construction work going on, but seeing the hotel in such a state of disrepair was a bit disturbing.
And why no hot tub? You could cut off a corner of that under-utilized pool and turn that corner into a hot tub.
I found the resort fees annoying; the booking site advertised one specific price "all inclusive" but then you add on that fee. The owners of the Lexington don't need it. For one thing, this property doesn't really qualify as a "resort". For another, it's kinda false advertising.
Staff was nice.

The beach front access is beautiful, plus they give you towels, chairs and umbrellas to use so that’s a great deal. The hotel is outdated however their staff really keeps it clean. The room was okay, but it was outdated, needed more lamps or lights, not a lot of accessible outlets, the shower is rusty looking and paint was peeling but the cleaning service keeps it super clean so that made it better.

在网上搜寻了很久，又是在最后一刻，我终于决定预订迈阿密海滩的列克星敦酒店，因为它既有泳池又能直通海滩，这一点很吸引我。
怎么说呢……我们刚到的时候，一位男士在前台接待了我们，他是我们入住期间遇到的最友善的人。他西班牙语说得非常流利——这可不一般，因为接下来的几天里，没有一位女员工会说西班牙语，只会说英语。他热情的欢迎让我们立刻感到宾至如归，大堂的香气也让我久久难忘……真是太棒了！
酒店装修很有品味，地理位置也极其便利，距离一家商品齐全的小超市只有50米。我们的房间很宽敞，维护得很好，还有一个非常方便的步入式衣帽间，让我们能把行李收拾得井井有条，互不干扰。
可惜的是，迷你冰箱坏了，把我们带的一些食物都弄坏了：这是唯一的真正不足之处。
浴室对于我们四个人来说有点小，而且也显露出一些岁月的痕迹，但却提供了很棒的洗护用品：洗发水、护发素和沐浴露都非常香！
我们很幸运地得到了一间海景房：每天早上醒来就能看到迈阿密海滩的日出和那片美丽的碧绿海水，真是太特别了。🌅
唯一让我们觉得遗憾的是（尤其是在带孩子旅行的时候），酒店不含早餐，如果能有早餐就真的很方便了。
✨ 总之：我们肯定会再来的！尽管有一些细节需要改进，但整体体验还是非常积极的，我们住得很舒服。

酒店周末施工噪音很大，经理Ashleyth告诉我们她会退款，并说作为一家大型酒店的经理，她不知道酒店正在施工，但她没有回复我们通过*******联系的退款申请，因为我们是通过他们预订的。
