The staff was nice for the most part. I had constant issues with key cards access to my room. Every time I left my room I had to go to the lobby and get them reprogrammed, and they would work once after and that was it. The hotel has definitely seen better days… many of obvious patches in the walls, broken lamps, rusty tub, broken door chain, ripped sheets, broken curtains, chipped paint, moldy shower curtains, busted towel bar, spiders EVERYWHERE, and sad, small pillows. For a king sized bed I was only given 3 barely bigger than a throw pillow pillows.

Filthy and run down
It was the most filthiest place I've ever stayed at. Like living in a third world country. Hugs all over the place carpet not clean. Carpet was very sticky room smelled it was disgusting.

There was damage to the walls and pullout couch in our room. The sink was grimy when we entered and we saw roaches on the wall. Granted, they did have an exterminator come out 4 or 5 days into our 7 day stay. Housekeeping never entered our room so we had to ask at the night window for toilet paper and towels and we bought our own trash bags to take care of our garbage. I did like that the area was quiet, but you can hear other occupants around you. Overall, okay if you're just planning on being room solely for sleeping. Glad we didn't spend a fortune on the room.

The room had dead flies on the ceiling. Dead and live roaches in the mini fridge and microwave. The towels had been washed but still had dirt stains on them. Spider webs in the room. The microwave was old and rusted. Over all the place needs a full remodel or people who will clean the rooms correctly.

OYO is an Indian company so filth, thievery, and lying can be expected. If you go, check the room before registering. Especially the bedding and bathroom. Don't fall for the "deposit" scam, cash only and they'll find a reason to keep it. Just don't go there.
