Been visiting the property in pine bluff for many years now. We have seen wear and tear consistent with having rentals. But staff were courteous, and efficient. Will stay here again.

The rooms was still dirty and had other customers clothes in the closets, stains in the bed/sheets, on the seats & the tub was clogging up from taking a show. I’m currently trying to get a refund because shouldn’t nobody have to live in poor conditions like that

Had a small issue the general manger took care of with no problem.. the breakfast lady was a sweetheart will book every time I come back home!
