The staff was great. Especially Keisha at the front desk. The was good until I started seeing ladybugs all over the room. A few were in my bed as well.

Over-all. we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, and the bed was nicely made. Staff was helpful in talking about places to eat dinner.
My improvement thoughts would be -
1. When arriving in our room the room smelled a somewhat negative odor. The room should smell clean upon a guest entering the room. Maybe something for the cleaner to spray in the room, maybe cleaning or changing a filter.
2. I needed to go to check-in to ask for some shampoo.
3. A clock in the room - even if it has to be something you secure in the room to prevent theft?
Over-all this was a very friendly and nice evening and night.

Clean, friendly staff, great offering for breakfast. The nightshift worker was amazing. My baby was being so fussy and we ran out of milk. I went down to the counter to see if they had any to purchase. Unfortunately they did not but she gave me a cupful from the breakfast carafe. Any went right to sleep! She was an angel

Parking was good. Breakfast was OK - only offered white bread, bagels were not fresh, no peanut butter. Room was not thoroughly cleaned under bed was very very dirty. Asked for walk in shower and was told I had one once unloaded went into bathroom and it was not a walk in but did have grab bars so it worked.

Everything was super clean and modern. Multiple options on the breakfast buffet. Close to the highway and restaurants. Would recommend.

My wife and i we passed a bad night..we find bed bugs , the pillows was nasty I can attach pictures) It was really a bad experience...that I don't wish on anyone..., for which I demand that you refund my money
