Looking back at your stay with us over Thanksgiving, we see no documentation or complaints of any pest discoveries, nor any mishaps involving double-renting any accommodations. We do know that we suffered a brief power loss that night, and if you chose to relocate, you may have had trouble at a secondary location. Rest assured though, we will continue to maintain our cleanliness standards, and a high expectation of security for all those we're privileged to host. All of the above. The only thing not great was the breakfast. We usually go to Traverse City shopping and breakfast at the Baymont there is much better.

The general manager is a “hands on” guy and it’s obvious that he is. All of the property is well maintained and attractive.! The check in and out process was simple and efficient. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Not happy about check in
We arrived early unfortunately we weren't able to check in which was understandable it was noon. The manager took our name and number and said he would get someone on it as soon as he could and they give us a call. The call was at 10 minutes to 3:00. Stated he was short-staffed and her room was not ready yet. Arrived at 4:00 and asked why he didn't call us back and said he didn't want the negative feedback and over talk to me the entire time so I couldn't even express my feelings. I wasn't angry but he wasn't listening at all. A jolly attitude with poor customer service, it's hard to do but he accomplished it.

Staff was friendly all the time. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed 3 nights. Only downside was the pot smell in the hallway the last night.

Upon our arrival, the front desk staff were really nice as well as our entire stay. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. However the room was small anns the beds were not comfortable at all. Beyond hard.

In a property of this age, we can appreciate how the dimensions of your facilities are smaller than most we see today. Hopefully, it was otherwise clean and well-stocked for your needs. We're proud of our new mattresses, but can understand that sometimes it just isn't like your own. If ever you require some additional bedding to cozy things up, it is available 24-hours at our concierge.
