Staff was the best part of the stay. Every single one was excellent and there were 4 that we interacted with. Worst part was noise in the middle of the night that consisted of loud banging, squealing, phone ringing over and over and music playing. The room looked fairly new but not as clean as l would have liked.

Currently the best option in Dexter. The upgrade from a couple of years ago is standing up to the wear and tear of the use.

One of the purposes of paying for something through ******* is the discounts that they offered as opposed to going straight through a hotel or motel or or wherever you happen to be staying. This motel even after having paid for everything through ******* keeps trying to sneak in extra charges. They try to cite a security deposit but the security deposit is already paid through *******. They've also tried to charge my card for various other amounts. I was assured by staff there who reached out to the manager while I was there that I would not be charged any additional amount and that they would reach out to *******. When I tried to go through the ******* customer service, the customer service could not get a hold of any of the hotel, staff or management. The motel might be clean but after all that I'm definitely not going to be staying there again the next time I'm in Dexter. I would encourage everyone else to go elsewhere as well or if you happen to risk it and stay there then double and triple check charges made to your card.

酒店回复: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. When you checked in, the 3rd party card deleted from your reservation, leaving only the guest card on file. Third parties do not cover incidentals which is why a card is still required on file at the property. This covers if a guest were to incur damages during their stay. Unfortunately, the system only had your card to process at departure. The manager arrived on property after hours to issue a refund as soon as they were alerted and we hope that refund has made its way over to your bank. We appreciate your hospitality. There is a little dinner right next door to the hotel that is open 24/7. Which is nice in case you get in late and everything else is closed.

Nice hotel.
Came in for snow goose hunting and it was very enjoyable. Nice rooms and beds were ok.

The young woman who checked us in was wonderful. She was warm and gracious.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. My mother was with me, and she was disappointed to find there was no coffee in the room, nor were there any drinking glasses.

Run Run Run as fast as you can! away from here!!
First room they gave us had not been cleaned, towels all over the floor. Moved us to another room, seemed okay until we woke up and a dirty sock fell out of the sheets. Cleaning lady reported us for ****, which we don't do. Smell was coming from the room she was just in and was laying on the bed. People at the desk confirmed that we did not have any smell. Restaurant next door was a joke. Will never stay her again!!
