酒店回复: We do apologize for the inconvenience you had at the hotel. The pool was closed for the season and getting ready to be opened since it's been raining continuously, so we couldn't open it on Memorial Day weekend. We did inform you about the pool before checking in. When guests ask for insufficient towels, we do have to deny it. We do have continental breakfast. I hope you give us a second chance to come to our hotel during summer to enjoy the pool and our hospitality. Thank you.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Bath towels were so old and scratchy. Had to beg for extra of anything like towels and they immediately wanted the used towels back. Very unfriendly staff. ******* needs to drop their agreement with this particular days inn. Moldy smelling room, ceiling falling off, dilapidated furniture. Hard mattress just a dump of a place

I stay often here and only had one problem with them telling me one price in the phone and another one over the phone. But I didn’t book that day over the website so I’ll take that

我不得不修了两次马桶;我杀了浴缸里的一只虫子;我们的房卡住了第一晚就失效了;遥控器坏了,而且没有明确的指示哪些按钮能用,哪些不能用。如果能在房间里放两瓶水,可以和咖啡壶一起用,或者方便别人拿药,那就太好了。欧陆式早餐不提供水。还好我们可以步行去Sonic餐厅。
房间脏兮兮的,地板脏得令人作呕。酒店说泳池会开放,但实际上并没有,看起来好像好几个月都没维护了,简直糟透了。水绿得像黑色的!我们要求多提供毛巾,因为房间里只够一个人用,酒店却说没有多余的毛巾了。酒店说会有早餐和橙汁/苹果汁,但除了干麦片什么都没有,咖啡就像白开水一样!这对我和我家人来说是一次非常糟糕的体验!不值得花那么多钱。我不是唯一一个遇到这种情况的顾客,酒店还拍了很多照片。
