Nice quiet location, the old guy at the desk is really nice. Very clean. No carpet is the only downside so the floor was cold sonce its winter now. Very quiet location.

So the room itself was ok. Beds were made. Bathroom was done up. But half the plugs didn’t work. When I plugged my phone charger into one that worked; I came out of the shower to smoke and a burning smell. It was the start of an electrical fire. Was able to get my charger out but the plug in the lamp was melted on. The lamp by the bed worked but not the plugs in it. The hairdryer did not work at all. Then my keycard wouldn't work on the second day. I didn't have it near any electronics, but I had to go get it reactivated. Then the next day, same thing. Had it just sitting in my cupholder and went to get in the room only to find out it didn't work again. Went down to the office and the manager on duty stated that whoever reactivated my card only did it for the pervious day when I still had 2 more nights in that room.

The front man at the desk seemed nice
The parking lot is very busy, the balcony is very busy, a lot people running back and forth smoking cigarettes everywhere. The first room we had reeked of smoke and filth. I went to check out as soon as we got to the room but the man at the front desk said if I stayed he’s switch me rooms and put me in a cleaner safer room by the front desk. The man at the front desk promised me that if I stayed and didn’t get a refund I could stay till 12 and if I needed more time I could pay 15.00 dollars for extra hours which I needed due to testing for employment the next day.
The room by the front desk was cleaner and smelt fresher but all night there were people walking, arguing, constant company to other rooms, I could hear the neighbor snoring. I woke up 4 times during the night due to all the yelling, and loud cars driving in and out of the parking lot making constant visits.
The morning I went to my appointment by 10:30 my company in my room was calling me saying a man opened the hotel room and said “shut dude I’m sorry” and closed the door back. There was a couple fighting right outside my hotel room door. I left my appointment at that time and at 11:00 there was police at the door asking us to leave because the person at the front desk called them saying there was an altercation inside MY ROOM which there was not.
Needless to say, I have to come back to Belleville from Texas again to take the whole test again.

Horrible place to stay...room was not clean at all, it smelled like someone had urinated everywhere in the room. The light switch did not work, so had to ask front desk on how to address the lights not working. The front desk person was absolutely rude and not helpful at all. I ended up leaving and finding another hotel, no reimbursement was provided.

Lots of parking in front of your room. Large TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and freshly painted and clean. Outdoors was Decorated nicely with plants and potted flowers. I felt safe. I will stay here again.

Property is very conventient to downtown Belleville and the front office staff are VERY nice and helpful. This is a "working man's" hotel, reasonable price, clean, appropriaty stockec, limited breakfast options, tight parking lot and a litlle noisy at times, but overall a good place to stay if you're working in the area.
