Stay was good checking in and out was fast but the bed was uncomfortable that was the only issue. Tv had good cable good channels room temperature was good

Great staff. Not so great rooms. Bed sheets weren’t changed. If they were, they were crusty and stained from someone else’s “experience” if you get what I’m saying. Bathroom smelled like urine and there was a crack lighter in the toilet paper roll in there. For the price, I didn’t have high expectations. Just needed somewhere to freshen up and nap. I didn’t complain to the front. Simply left it as it was and went on about my day. The employees were extremely nice though. Explained to me that my card was double charged and should be refunded right away. Still waiting on that refund.

The place is absolutely filthy. Building is in serious disrepair. We were in two rooms due to issues with the first one and both were disgustingly filthy. Dirty sheets on the bed. Microwave didn't work. Walls were dirty, floors were dirty, tub was dirty (we didn't even shower), not even any facial tissues. Red Roof was once a great stay, but not any more. Never again for us.

Hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly too
我们凌晨 1:25 到达办理入住手续，当我们到达房间时，发现床边有垃圾，白色床单很脏，状况很差，毛巾上全是污渍，浴室损坏，马桶无法正常工作，马桶坏了，房间太恶心了。
房间需要更多清洁，床垫和毯子都很脏
