The Park Inn is quiet and decent for a weekday crash (Monday–Thursday), though the place feels outdated. On weekends, it turns into a loud club-style disco, making it far from relaxing and definitely not kid-friendly.

the first time i stayed i had a great experience. this time around not so much…. The front desk team is horrible. i asked for towel one day and the next day the front desk clerk came in my room and stated she was just checking, what she was checking i will never know. this hotel has gone down bad within the last year. they need a whole new staff.

The pool was freezing. No hot tub. Room was disgusting and dirty. Housekeeper entered our room without permission while my child was using the restroom. The clerk added a $30 deposit to my bill on top of what I paid online and it hasn't been refunded... We also caught her listening in outside of our room... Incredibly creepy! The hall was littered with dirty laundry when we arrived at 6pm... No soap or anything. A random nail by the toilet paper... And the tub, which we didn't use still had dirt in it from the last guests!

Disgusting
We went to the park inn by radison and checked in. Got to the room and it was wrong and it had crickets. So we went back to the desk and they changed the room for us. We walked into our new room. All the lights are on and the TV was playing a movie and there were bugs all over the ground. So we went back to the front desk, asked for our money and checked out. In the meantime, I called the Holiday Inn and they had one room available.

Blood stained carpet, horrible service
Staff claims there is no manager on duty. No one at front desk, ever. Hotel is trashed, workers are very sketchy. We checked in at 5pm, checked out at 11pm THE SAME DAY due to issues with service and how terrible everything was. I cannot get them to give me a refund, they lie to us and give us a different name every time we call.

When arrived at the front desk there is no one there to check in. Had to ring the bell and wait for about 30 minutes for someone to come. After 30 minutes the front desk staff arrived and checked us in. They apologized for the wait though.
Took the keys and walked up the stairs to the room. The lobby was littered with trash all around. Room was smelly. Sheets & pillows were not clean. Terrible maintenance. Couldn’t get proper sleep.
Complimentary breakfast has only pre packed muffins, oranges and apples besides coffee. Didn’t touch a thing as the breakfast area is small and smelly.

Front desk clerk was rude and manager defended her poor behavior.
We reserved 3 rooms, 2 were at each end of the hall with the third on another floor. One of the rooms was not serviced from the previous occupants and since there were no more available rooms, we had to make due with the other 2.
Report to headquarters has produced no response in the past 2 weeks.

The entrance from outside at exit D, the access door was broken, anybody could have walked in. The sheets on the bed was dirty. Half of the hotel was down for renovation, which was not listed upon booking. The halls were dirty. Baseboards coming off the walls in the hall. The indoor pool was open but was freezing cold. Someone was blaring music all night long, couldnt sleep.
浴缸周围发霉，浴帘也有霉点，浴缸区还有不明物体。冰箱里有别人吃剩的食物，走廊墙上的烟雾探测器被扯掉了，露出了电线。外面大门的密码锁也被拆了，房间门上的第二道锁也不见了。我们住了三天，客房服务一次都没来。我们不得不自己去要干净毛巾。酒店也从没主动给我们换房或退款，更没有尝试解决这些问题。太恶心了！
