Have been coming here for years during apple season.Close to our relatives ,great restaurant across the the street.Staff always friendly and accomodating even when we had mom with us who was disabled.Beds are comfortable and morning breakfast goodHighly recommend,we've stayed other places close by at other times but now choose to just stay here.

The Windsor Place Inn is exactly the kind of place we like to stay. It’s an older locally owned & operated motel. Not real fancy or big but clean & comfortable with larger than average rooms. Convenient parking. All the usual amenities except coffee isn’t the usual little pot but get it fresh brewed in the lobby during breakfast from a fascinating machine that dispenses Columbian with choices of milk, mocha, expresso etc. We tried a variety during our stay. Really great coffee!

Our greeter, Ramon, was friendly, courteous and always had a smile on his face. Ramon
Went above and beyond. Everything is so clean and the breakfast was amazing! Georgia and I would stay at the Windsor Inn in a heartbeat, anytime. It was also close to many amenities.

Staff was nice, breakfast was OK (although they don't have a lot of space for people to sit given the size of the hotel). Shower didn't have a shower curtain (which is dangerous because water can get on the floor and you can slip when you get out of the shower -- shower floor mat was soaked when I took a shower basically). Beyond that room was OK and hotel was quiet (I did check in late, like around 11pm).

Melissa at the front desk was fabulous!!! It definitely could use some deep cleaning and updating. Breakfast was adequate for us. We enjoyed the picnic tables outside. We had bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. These fall on the room cleaning staff and only 1 washcloth and hand towel. It they had enough staff a lot of these issues could be addressed.

Booked a room and specifically asked for disability able room for my disabled husband .... and it was confirmed (months ago) ...............
We get there on on scheduled day and NO ELEVATOR (they had our room on 2nd floor) and "fix" was a non disability room with 2 double beds (and add that the pool heater is out )
Even worst was the rude front desk help they had working ..... hotel needs to invest in some better customer service training or just bulldoze entire building an make a better parking lot
Whatever happens im soooooo happy with how expiedia handled everything
(Its in a really crap location too so save your money and get a tent im sure youll have a way more enjoyable experience than going to this trash hotel)

PRO: The Inn is conveniently located, easily accessible and reasonable priced. The staff are friendly and proficient. The inn provides an excellent complimentary breakfast and 24/7 fresh coffee. A large "family" restaurant, gas station and convenience store are located across the street from the inn.
My room was clean and spacious and it included air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was very comfortable.
CON: The TV was bolted to the wall and didn't swivel which essentially restricted viewing to the bed. The only table was a desk, bolted to the wall, which made it impractical to eat while watching TV. A couple of TV trays would solve that problem.
There was an elaborate audio-video panel on the desk, which apparently connects to the TV for use with laptops and other personal electronics, but no instructions were provided for this panel nor for the elaborate DirectTV Universal remote.
The bathroom facilities were clean but dated, with a high-wall tub that was not access-friendly and a low-rider toilet.
The deadbolt on the room door couldn't be latched.

I probably never would say a place was excellent and the next step on here is Good, i would say this location is a High Good with a very good breakfast.
