The room was beautiful and nightlife in the dart hall was happening. The Bartender was bored and claimed, "I don't drink" and breakfast left much to be desired. There were eggs, a ham steak and canned peaches and a plain bagel or cereal. Nothing of substance and no staff whatsoever at breakfast. Just plan to go elsewhere for breakfast.

We skipped breakfast because the clerk getting it ready was coughing the whole time. The bathroom floor was sticky and the comforter on the bed had some nasty stains. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not impressed
Overall, the stay was okay, but I encountered some cleanliness and service issues.
First, the cleanliness issue: when we entered the room, the comforter was not clean. I couldn’t take a picture of it, but I did take a picture of the table, which had residue all over it before we arrived.
Second, the service issues: we requested a crib, but it took almost two hours and two phone calls to receive it. In addition, the phone in the room would not connect to housekeeping or the front desk, so I had to Google the number and call from my mobile on roaming charges just to get connected.
Overall, it was a below-average experience. I’ve stayed in many quality inn many times, but this was the first time I’ve had these kinds of issues. On a positive note, the staff member on duty at night (the Indian gentleman) was very nice.

我们一直住在Quality Inn酒店。这次不太好。先从主房间说起吧。没有软垫椅子,办公椅也破烂不堪。浴室里的照片不见了,没有吹风机,只有两个衣架。马桶和浴缸周围的卫生状况很差。马桶周围的填缝看起来像是四岁小孩做的,浴室门也关不上。这和我们以往的体验完全不一样。
