Maid service was dodgy. One day our room wasn't attended to at all, apparently due to shortness of staff. Parking lot really needs rehabilitation. Stricter management needed - During breakfast, the small breakfast area and food counters were bombed by 12 very noisy non resident friends of a resident celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday but do it elsewhere. Lobby staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Trying to use the TV was very frustrating.

The hotel was very clean and the check in and out very efficient. The room was clean and the WiFi excellent. It is in a good area of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again

The breakfast area is too small and food is not refilled quickly... Otherwise all the other facilities were good.

The room was clean. Downside no elevator to second floor inconvenient but not a huge deal. Only issue we had was they took a deposit instead of preauthorization.Then when checking out they couldn't put the money back on our card.Some got put back eventually after having to put the money back on little by litte. But the remain 50$ we had to fight to get back in cash when the machine wouldn't work. The lady at the desk was professional and polite about it even though we were very agitated at this point and she knew as we had be dealing with this for 30 min or so. She had to call the manager to get approval to give us the final 50 in cash. So other than check out fiasco the stay was ok.

Newly Renovated Great Stay
I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly, even bringing out different types of yogurt for our kids. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so it could be a challenge for older guests if they are on the second floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!
