The heater in our room wasn’t working properly. When we arrived, the room was 53 degrees fahrenheit. The warmest we could get it was 67 and we had it set to 80. My husband complained to desk clerk around 9 pm and she mentioned that a few people were complaining that heat wasn’t working properly. Clerk didn’t offer any help.

My bed sheet was so dirty. As soon as I opened the blanket, I found black soil dirts on bed sheet, the bed sheet was messy like house keeper just arranged pillows and covered blanket on top.

Stayed for multiple nights and had to ask for clean towels and to empty garbage. Got towels but garbage was never emptied. Just because you stay for multiple nights, housekeeping should continue.

Maid service was dodgy. One day our room wasn't attended to at all, apparently due to shortness of staff. Parking lot really needs rehabilitation. Stricter management needed - During breakfast, the small breakfast area and food counters were bombed by 12 very noisy non resident friends of a resident celebrating his birthday. Happy birthday but do it elsewhere. Lobby staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Trying to use the TV was very frustrating.
Really needs improvement.
