Upon checkin, we were told that our booking had been cancelled. Orbitz told us this was not true and that our booking was still confirmed. The hotel staff was rude and would not work with us at all.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with one king bed instead. This was not what I reserved and caused a significant inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the TV in the room wasn’t working due to a missing cable. I reported the issue to the front desk, but no one ever followed up or came to fix it.
Mistakes can happen, but the lack of response and accountability was frustrating. I expected better service and attention to guest concerns. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Elevator was still broken. Thursday night is a big karaoke night in the attached bar/restaurant but we couldn’t hear it in the room. The rooms appeared clean and generally were except for the corners. The corners all seemed a bit dirty. The stay was fine and in the right place. Didn’t hate it but want wowed either.

Overall our stay for two nights was good. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, it was quiet, and the pool was clean. Only real complaints were lack of parking anywhere near the actual hotel when we checked in due to a wedding going on, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was poorly staffed. Took 2 hours for 4 people to get their meal and everyone's came out one at a time.

I enjoyed most everything. The staff wasn't friendly or unfriendly. They fulfilled their job and I do appreciate everything going smoothly. Everything seemed clean. Very spacious room. Great accomodations, including bar/restaurant downstairs. The restaurant didn't have several things offered on their menu though. One of the features listed on ******* is the ability to watch Netflix but that's not true. Also the jetted tub didn't work. I wouldn't have spent my money on the upgrade, if the upgrade wasn't functioning.

Elevator didn’t work and they have no first floor guest rooms. Husband semi handicap so it was a big challenge getting him in the room. They don’t have handicap parking but have like 10 spots to plug in a car right by the door. No microwave in room. The room was nice and big with some wear and tear but that’s usual.
我们非常喜欢这次住宿。服务人员非常尊重客人,态度也很好。酒店很干净,离很多商店和服务设施都很近。如果再来这个区域,我肯定会再入住这家酒店。
这家酒店去萨拉托加赛马场很方便。
电梯坏了,不知道什么时候能修好。我们是把行李搬上楼的。
早餐很一般……就是冷冻百吉饼和燕麦片,没有水果。
不过房间很大,住着很舒服。布草很干净,房间内部也很整洁。
总的来说,性价比还行。但如果价格能再低一点就更好了。
太糟糕了——浴室很脏。
他们没给我们换新毛巾。
第二天房卡就失效了。

他们最初给我们的房间很脏,后来又给我们换了一间。我们两次要求他们打开电视,因为操作太复杂了。客房服务需要你打电话给前台,留下你的电话号码,然后餐厅会给你回电。记得先去前台拿菜单,因为房间里没有。除非你要求,否则他们不会打扫房间!
