Friendly staff. Nice original place. Not sure about the 5 star rating, but definitely a bargain for the price (less than $100). As others have said, skip the breakfast, but the restaurant last night was great

Very helpful and polite friendly staff. The hotel has beautiful rooms, much nicer than most franchise hotels like Holiday Inn and Marriott versions. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom very nice decor and clean. It’s overall a great value!

Bedding was very comfortable, temperature controls easy to use for heat or ac. Beautiful interior design of rooms that seem more five star!
我们非常喜欢这次住宿。服务人员非常尊重客人，态度也很好。酒店很干净，离很多商店和服务设施都很近。如果再来这个区域，我肯定会再入住这家酒店。
这家酒店去萨拉托加赛马场很方便。
电梯坏了，不知道什么时候能修好。我们是把行李搬上楼的。
早餐很一般……就是冷冻百吉饼和燕麦片，没有水果。
不过房间很大，住着很舒服。布草很干净，房间内部也很整洁。
总的来说，性价比还行。但如果价格能再低一点就更好了。

他们最初给我们的房间很脏，后来又给我们换了一间。我们两次要求他们打开电视，因为操作太复杂了。客房服务需要你打电话给前台，留下你的电话号码，然后餐厅会给你回电。记得先去前台拿菜单，因为房间里没有。除非你要求，否则他们不会打扫房间！
我们房间楼上就是一个乐团，那天晚上大部分时间都吵得要命。前台应该早就知道会很吵，不应该把我们安排在乐团正上方的房间。他们应该给我们换个房间。他们真是太不体贴了，我们也不是那种会跟他们吵架的人，只是实在忍无可忍了。酒店经理应该也知道这种情况，因为酒店并没有住满。这真是太糟糕了。
