One elevator and only 2-3 people at a time for 4 floors. With luggage we had to use it.
The entrance needs to be marked better when trying to turn in .
Our room had a deck with a huge nest and bird poop everywhere including our windows .
Room was very clean and the staff was Great !

酒店正在施工，我们住的房间可能刚装修好不久。房间里还有施工残留物，而且看得出来工程很赶。
酒店干净。早餐选择不多，质量欠佳。希望至少能加点非乳制牛奶或奶精来搭配咖啡。泳池开放，维护得很好。前台人员服务不错。或许可以更热情一些？我知道这是酒店服务，但我想我只是习惯了更亲切的氛围，而且前台接待也很热情。不过也没什么特别的。
我和两个年幼的孩子从2025年6月2日至6月5日住在这家酒店。在浴室里，我发现房间里有一只老鼠。我立即联系了前台，前台帮我换了个房间。尽管我独自一人带着两个婴儿、多个行李箱和汽车安全座椅，却没有人提供帮助。我不得不自己搬动所有东西，同时还要照顾我的孩子们，其中一个孩子还在哭。
这种情况让我非常紧张，也很不安全。我感到完全得不到支持。工作人员很有礼貌，但处理方式与问题的严重性不符。最后我提前退房，并在最后一刻自己安排交通。
我不会推荐这家酒店给家庭游客，尤其是独自旅行的游客。这次经历让我感到情绪低落，感觉自己的安全和健康没有得到优先考虑。
这个地方只值50到80美元，但我们付的价格却高得多，根本不值。楼很旧，房间里的暖气坏了，电梯又小又脏。
