I received a call two days before my arrival indicating that my room would not be ready until five. They offered to put me in a different room that will be ready at 3 PM. I accepted. When I showed up my room was not ready until 5 o’clock.

The duvet cover, sheets and towels all looked worn with some stains. They need to replace all of them.
No amenities but itbis pet friendly so thats a bonus. An elevator would be great. I had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Im a senior and was alone so itcwasnt eady gor me after a long day of travels. The staff were very kind and helpful however. Another bonus.

We were so bothered by barking dogs across the hall that we had to request and got another room in a different part of the facility. The staff handled the situation to our satisfaction.

We were there for a night. Got in later and left early in the morning. We were able to get something to eat as there are restaurants across the street. There is a Walmart within walking distance. The room and bathroom was very clean.
