The morning Front desk lady was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The evening front desk lady was also friendly and helpful.

My room smelled awful. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. They did switch me to a different room, but I still had to clean it . I was woken up out of my sleep around 3 o’clock in the morning because someone was yelling in the hallway for about an hour. I was not able to get a good nights sleep so I checked out and went to a different hotel.

The staff was friendly upon check in. The room we booked through ******* was NOT the room we walked into, not even close. It smelled “unclean” and did not have the jet tub like the pictures showed. So we paid another $100 to get the room we were under the impression we booked. The room wasn’t the cleanest but at least it was closer to the room in the pictures. Pretty nervous to book through ******* again but we did anyway. Current booking in Hampton in Cumming GA in 20 days. Fingers crossed.

We checked out about an hour after we checked in. The staff was friendly but the location looked nothing like the pictures in relation to the condition of the hotel. It was very dirty and the refrigerator in the room was unusable due to a mildew smell. When I checked out the lady at the desk just took my keys and said the charges woyld show in the morning. There was no receipt provided. We had to secure a room at the Hampton Inn nearby for a cleaner and safer stay. It was disappointing to say the least.

When we checked in the room was not cleaned the bed was not made, the TV was on, pizza boxes left in the room. The pool was unavailable for use. The person at the front desk was rude

Run down facility
The hotel is, in my opinion, run down. The doors had scratches all over them. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were like laying your head on a football. The breakfast looked like someone opened a bag of processed eggs and sausages.

Did not make the 9:00 breakfast cut off either day of my stay. Bathtub has mold developing around the outside due to the shower curtain. Last morning there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Like there is plenty of grassy area for pets

First room we checked into was dirty no one had cleaned it the second room we moved into the door locks didn't work at 9:30 at night the third room had a funky smell second room we had the floor was coming apart there's not a good experience?
