Laundry was excellent. They provided change for the washer and dryer. Made it very simple for a 4 day stay

The flooring in the room was not installed correctly, and there were gaps between the planks of the luxury vinyl which made it very noisy and moved around quite a bit as you walked across the room. There were no vertical hand grabs in the shower in our accessible room. Additionally, there were hand grabs that were loose and not anchored properly in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom had been recently repaired from the looks of things, however, it had not yet been painted. The indoor pool did not appear to be chemically treated, and it was green all the way around the edge at the water line. The complementary breakfast was laughable at best. The staff seemed nice enough. I do think there needs to be some sort of training or an upgrade because we had to have our room keys reprogrammed every single day that we were there.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Heating/A/C unit worked great and was very quiet. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Who thinks little smokies are a breakfast item? Eggs were patties that they cut in wedges. Coffee in carafe was lukewarm.

The TV did not work, the smoke detector was hanging by wires, the sink did not drain and the hotel was in over all poor condition. The stairs leading to the rooms were dirty there were bug and clumps of dirt on the stairs. The staff was very nice though.

The morning Front desk lady was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The evening front desk lady was also friendly and helpful.

My room smelled awful. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. They did switch me to a different room, but I still had to clean it . I was woken up out of my sleep around 3 o’clock in the morning because someone was yelling in the hallway for about an hour. I was not able to get a good nights sleep so I checked out and went to a different hotel.

The staff was friendly upon check in. The room we booked through ******* was NOT the room we walked into, not even close. It smelled “unclean” and did not have the jet tub like the pictures showed. So we paid another $100 to get the room we were under the impression we booked. The room wasn’t the cleanest but at least it was closer to the room in the pictures. Pretty nervous to book through ******* again but we did anyway. Current booking in Hampton in Cumming GA in 20 days. Fingers crossed.
