你绝对不会想住在这里的，我甚至都不想让我家宠物住这儿。我是在网上订的这家酒店，因为价格便宜，我记得大概含税不到50美元，好像是43美元。我断断续续住酒店都10多年了，住过无数家。这家位于伊利诺伊州马里维尔的Loyalty Inn酒店，绝对是我住过最糟糕的酒店，没有之一！我从没见过这样的！我住的第一个晚上，12个小时里光打扫房间了！根本没法放松！我甚至害怕坐下来都会染上什么病。我开门的时候闻到一股杀虫剂的味道。地板根本没吸尘。地毯上有一块巨大的污渍，分不清是棕色还是红色，洗都洗不掉！没人尝试清理过那块污渍，我倒是动手了！我确实把房间从上到尾打扫了一遍！如果有人带着孩子住这种地方，他们应该被关起来！因为这里绝对不干净，也不适合孩子。如果有个孩子进了我这房间，碰了什么东西，或者光脚在里面走，那他可能就得去医院了，因为地上东西太多了，到处都是易碎品，很容易受伤。我现在住的房间，台灯用袜子撑着，灯线被剪断了，床的大小不一样，床罩也不配套，墙上到处都是洞，马桶底部有个大洞，都能让动物钻进来了。我刚来的时候，墙上居然长蘑菇了，从墙壁里、从踢脚线底下长出来的蘑菇。浴室排气扇堵满了灰尘，我惊讶它居然还能转，不过我把灰尘清理掉了。我的暖气有问题，有时候热，有时候不热，得调一调才能用。我第一天晚上是10点入住，第二天早上10点退房，总共12小时，他居然收了我76美元。实际上我在网上付了56美元，我以为这就是全部费用了，但当我抵达酒店，我的司机把我送过来后，他去和我的司机攀谈，然后在我不知情的情况下，从我司机那里骗走了20美元。这简直是胡说八道，因为那只是我的司机，他们根本没住店。第二天，他又对我故技重施。我在Loyalty Inn住12小时，付了76美元。然后接下来的两天，他又分别收了我73美元和60美元。当他想再从我这里多要20美元的时候，我跟他争辩了，他居然说要报警，尽管我没有违法，我只是告诉他我已经在线付过钱了，为什么还要多付20美元？我没有拒绝离开，我只是告诉他，多付20美元是不必要的，因为我已经付过房费了。他说如果我不付钱就得离开，我说那好吧，我走就是了。他又说，你不能在我的地盘上这样做。我说我得拿我的东西，他催我快点，他说如果我不给他20美元，他就要报警。所以他就是故意威胁别人，想从他们那里榨取更多钱。

This place was a joke. I booked online and they charged me $17.99 without disclosures until I got there. He said I paid for pets $10 and when I got there the lady said no you must pay $30 plus a $50 deposit. Being extremely exhausted I paid and then get to the room!! FILTHY FULL IF GARBAGE BAGS, unmade beds. I went to office and they gave me another room, filthy also and unmade beds. We left and reported to credit card company. Do not use!! Also lied about the room rates.

This is an older, well-worn hotel in dire need of cleaning and renovation. When I travel, I don't need much, just a clean bed and bath is all I'm looking for. My bed was clean and comfortable, and the place was quiet, so 2 stars for that. There was no housekeeping, so anything needed you had to ask for. The lighting in the room was dim. There was not much room on the small desk/table to work because the microwave was on it. A lamp had to be unplugged so you could plug in the microwave if you wanted to use it. There was no coffee available or a coffee maker, no ice or water, or other amenities. I did notice a single washer and dryer. Only the very basics here.

No toilet paper, not even the toilet paper roll holder on the wall. What appeared to be blood on the bathtub floor.

Room was clean otherwise but a few bugs in room because they’d mopped the floor and left door open to dry.

Checked in and the lobby was messy and looked falling apart , old building in very poor repair , heater did not work , got a new room and door would not unlock , floor tiles were separating and had huge gaps , wall moulding coming off , entire room very grungy looking , stayed three nights and no change of sheets or towels , no phone in room , overall a very unpleasant experience

It was everything I expected for $70

I mean for $70 a night the room smelled like smoke. The bed was probably 25 years old. The floor was splitting the carpets were not the carpets but the drapes were splitting. I mean it was everything I expected so I can’t be that mad.
