To begin, I did not pay attention the the fact that I booked a double twin beds. Upon arrival I asked if I could upgrade to 2 queens, and was told they don’t have queen beds. I asked if I could get a king bed and a pull out couch and was told they do not have pullout couches. Super disappointed. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to ask for an extension cord to be able to use the blow dryers and hair tools. I was told that maintenance would fix it on day 1. That never happened.
Stayed a total of 3 nights. Great pricing but will not be back.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. The lighting was poor. The room was clean. I was put in an annexed part of the hotel where obviously workmen were living. They left their doors open. I didn’t feel totally safe. I would not stay there again.

The online information led me to believe there were hot foods, like meat, eggs and potatoes. You could make your own waffles or oatmeal. But other than that, there was cereal, Yogurt, mandarins, juice and coffee. Disappointing!

The room was not clean at all. The ice bucket was stored in the bathroom. There were dead bugs and stains on everything and the room was falling apart. There was no one at the front desk at night when needed.

Room was not very clean the tv didn't work and they only had pancakes for breakfast the pool was nice and the staff was friendly

Bath tub had a scum ring, people were loud all night and morning. People in and out and very noisy place. Didnt get rest and the pool was drained even though it was well over 80° outside.

The towels and blankets all had stains on them, the shower curtain was moldy. The lobby, halls and room smelled disgusting. the staff was nothing but nice and wonderful

The stay overall was good. It is a short 15 min drive to stay from Cedar Point. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. However I noticed the day before we left that the shower above our room was leaking and I was right when I noticed the morning we were leaving there was a giant water stain on the ceiling. When I told the front desk about it she said ok. Not I’m sorry, not we can do better. We felt like maybe if you would clean daily you would notice it. Please note that any stays over 3 days they will not clean the room. Maybe they will now after this. The breakfast was free but basic. Eggs, waffles, cereal, whole milk, yogurt.
