I have to say besides the woman at the front desk this place is "less than Quality Inn". Online says have a pool indoor outdoors and hot tub but after arriving they do not work . We had to change bedding right away . Thale air does not work , it's extremely hot in room and the topper was the Tv does not work . worst place I have ever stayed .

We stayed 7/11 to 7/13 as part of the Round Tripper Baseball & Softball tournament 2025 . A recommended hotel as part of the Sports Force Park. Poor plumbing, toilet and tub. Could not completely shut off water in the tub. Toilet took multiple times to flush. Room was not clean, floors needed to be mopped. Air conditioning worked well, it has a high 80s stretch of days. Bed was ok. TV was very good. Internet poor coverage and speed, system over utilized for the limited bandwidth provided to the facility Hallways not vacuumed. Doors closed very hard when entering and exiting your room. Exterior doors not locked, in fact left open on the back side of the building. Anyone could walk in. Outside pool was green. Area around pool dirty, broken cement, weeds growing up between the concrete joints, trash left around the pool. Breakfast was very poor, waffles, dry cereal, coffee, yogurt. Juice machine was out of order. Parking lot had garbage in the lot. Landscaping has issues as well. Overall this hotel should be rated zero

We stayed July 22 – 26, 2024 and do not recommend the Quality Inn at the Sandusky/Milan location in Ohio. There are no outside security cameras here, and our car was keyed completely around on the second night of our stay. Consequently, our car has required a new paint job. Although we reached out to corporate offices and the hotel manager to seek some kind of compensation for the cost and inconvenience of the repair, as of this date, there has been no reply from either. The staff was friendly and our accommodation clean, spacious and comfortable but the room was not serviced during our four-night stay. The only “hot” part of breakfast was a do-it-yourself waffler.

dozens of red marks on my back and lower legs. we found several bugs in the morning when we woke up. mold in the bottom of the shower. my son found several bugs in his book bag after we left. breakfast area and food had clearly not been cleaned for several months. terrible hotel never coming back.

Beds were comfortable. Towels and trash were replaced each day I was here. I come every year for the NHRA nationals. Staff is great!! Lots of parking. Oh and the fitness room was a plus along with the hot tub.

I e3njoyed my time there with my family for my cedar point trip. The pool was inviting loved their Marketplace. Melissa the manager was very polite and helpful. As well as Amber and Beki. They actually joked around with us. Breakfast was good also. I needed that coffee in the morning. What renovations that has happened since last year are great!

We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament.Our room smelled like mold/mildew THE ENTIRE TIME. The building itself was in disrepair. Visible sign of chipped paint. The chemicals in the pool burned. Our refrigerator broke and we lost food (90 % of the reason we chose. we could leave because our team would have been fined. The fitness center and the breakfast were the biggest positives. Nobody at the front desk at check out time.

Travel baseball trip. Whoever chose this hotel is not the sharpest. Many others in area available. Staff very friendly, but not able to resolve issues. Old. Damp. Fallouts in bathroom ceilings. ??? No real resolution. Quick visits there No cleaning services available. Once again to staff shortages. B S. Must be making $&$ Do to this excuse Game room in foyer for kids. Never went to morning “breakfast “. Other family member reported great dismay 2 buildings. Kids went to pool Do not recommend. Gave 2 stars due to friendly staff and no insects

We have been staying at this hotel for the last few years. It's nice to see they are putting a lot of work and upgrades in. The staff is so friendly and the main reason we return. The breakfast is just ok but nothing special like it used to be. We can't wait to come back next year.
