Staff was very nice but hotel is run down. The room had an unpleasant smell, likely from the aging carpet and dampness being on the ground floor, and there was black mold on the wall in the bathroom.

When I checked in my room was not ready
And the day we checked out housekeeping was knocking on our door half hour earlier but other than that it was a good stay

When customer is checking out at 11:00 housekeeping shouldn't bother them until after 11:00

There was no hot water, just semi-warm. The outlet box they provide will not keep a plug in it. The only working plug in was the one on the lamp.
