Check in person was very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was better than expected. With eggs and sausage, cereals etc.
I didn’t like that the extra door bolt was broken. The rooms are sparsely furnished and the bed frame/springs were squeaky every time you rolled over. All that being said, it was a good price for a 1 night stay.

Tv issues, phone issues, what ever they used to clean smells like dirt, beds uncomfortable staff was pleasant and got us checked in at 2am due to traveling.

Young woman at checkin was pleasant. Room was clean, beds okay. Lighting was fair, only 3 lamps with low watt bulbs. Microwave was unplugged but worked once it was plugged in. Good for an overnight stay.

The staff girl was respectful & courteous.
They stay wasnt comfortable. The AC wasn't working well, it was set to 75
I tried changeing the temperature and hold it to 70 but it didnt cool down.
So me & my daughter kept waking up throughout the night due to the uncomfortable temperature.. we were there to spend a restful night but I couldn't.

Was mistakenly put in 2nd floor room/no elevators.
Problem with steps. Check in attendant was able to quickly accommodate 1st floor stay.

It was a quick check in with the clerk even helping us with our luggage. Room was clean and included everything we needed.
